How Our Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to AilenEdge products, you'll receive automatic deliveries based on the frequency you choose during checkout (typically monthly). Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically at your selected interval. Once charged, we immediately process and ship your order with free priority shipping - our way of saying thank you for being a valued subscriber.

Canceling Your Subscription

We believe in making cancellation as simple as subscribing. You can cancel your AilenEdge subscription at any time with no fees, no requirements, and no hassle.

How to cancel:

• Navigate to your active subscriptions and cancel - it's that easy!
  

Important timing note: To ensure uninterrupted service, we prepare and ship subscription orders ahead of schedule. Please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
