How Our Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe to AilenEdge products, you authorize recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout, typically monthly. Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged according to your selected subscription schedule.
Once a subscription order has been processed, we begin preparing it for shipment. Subscription orders receive free priority shipping as part of our commitment to providing reliable service to our valued subscribers.
During periods of high order volume, promotional events, holidays, or other peak sales periods, AilenEdge may begin processing and preparing subscription orders in advance of the regularly scheduled billing or shipment date. This helps us prioritize our subscribers and ensure their orders arrive on time without being impacted by increased demand or fulfillment delays.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your AilenEdge subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or minimum subscription requirements.
How to Cancel

Log into your customer portal using your email address.

Navigate to your active subscriptions.

Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the cancellation instructions.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription order, we recommend canceling at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
Please note that during high-volume sales periods, holidays, promotional events, or other periods of increased demand, subscription orders may be processed earlier than usual to help ensure timely delivery. If an upcoming subscription order has already entered processing before your cancellation request is received, that order may still be charged and shipped.
Cancellation will apply to future subscription orders that have not already been processed.
What Happens When You Cancel

There are no cancellation fees.

Future recurring subscription orders will stop after cancellation, except for orders that have already been processed or prepared for shipment.

You may keep any products you have already received.

Your customer account will remain active, allowing you to easily subscribe again in the future.
Changes to This Subscription Policy
AilenEdge reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Subscription Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to our business practices, fulfillment procedures, subscription services, legal requirements, or other operational needs.
Any updated policy will become effective when posted on our website unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of our subscription services after an updated policy becomes effective will be subject to the revised policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
